1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 555w website accessible at 555w.bio, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means a registered user account on 555w, created through the registration process.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on 555w.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all balances and transactions on 555w are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 555w subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to access full platform functionality.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 555w Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 555w enforces age verification through the KYC process; providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable in your province and locality within Pakistan.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 555w or its affiliated entities.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

555w reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 555w Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure without prior notice and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update it promptly if circumstances change.
• Your account credentials (username, password, OTP codes) are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any other person. 555w will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified 555w of suspected unauthorised access.
• 555w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account where fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is suspected, without prior notice.
• Account registration and use must be for personal, recreational purposes only. Systematic extraction of value through the use of bots, automated software, or coordinated group strategies is prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 555w are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 555w currently supports the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20.

• Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your 555w balance within seconds of successful transaction completion.
• Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard processing times of the relevant financial institution and may take longer to reflect.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible. 555w may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is significant.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section. 555w is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• You may only withdraw funds to accounts or wallets that belong to you personally. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 555w reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 555w are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in the forfeiture of the active bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gambling intent — commonly known as bonus abuse — are prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• 555w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively affect bonuses already in active use.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until applicable wagering requirements are met.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 555w are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. General betting rules include the following:

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• Odds, lines, and game outcomes are final once a round or event has concluded. 555w does not accept retrospective bet modifications.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, 555w's records will be treated as authoritative in determining the correct outcome.
• 555w reserves the right to void any bet where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of manipulation, match-fixing, or collusion.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR balance automatically upon outcome settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555w and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information, including age, identity, or payment details.
• Attempting to circumvent any security or access control measure on the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 555w staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

555w is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and we provide the following tools to all verified account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in full account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555w Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 555w or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 555w.
• The 555w name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 555w. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555w shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal or legitimate use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or delays beyond 555w's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

555w reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the 555w Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of 555w is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction within Pakistan, including provincial regulations.

• Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform should first be submitted to 555w's support team for informal resolution. 555w will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body or arbitration, as determined by 555w at the relevant time.
• 555w's records and transaction logs shall be treated as prima facie evidence in any dispute concerning game outcomes, bet settlement, or financial transactions, absent clear evidence of system error.
